Our 14-day guarantee
If our plan isn't the right fit for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund — no complicated questions.
1. Digital products
SeatedFlow sells digital products that are delivered instantly by download. Because of this, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer the guarantee described below.
2. Our 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if the product did not meet your expectations. To request a refund, email support@seatedflow.shop from the email address used for the order, and include your order number.
We may ask for brief feedback on why the product wasn't right for you — this simply helps us improve. A refund will not be refused for not answering.
3. When a refund may not apply
We may decline a refund request if:
- the request is made more than 14 days after purchase;
- there is clear evidence the product has been copied, shared, or redistributed in breach of our Terms of Service;
- the request is part of a pattern of repeated buy-and-refund activity.
4. Technical problems
If you had trouble downloading or opening your file, please contact us before requesting a refund. Most issues are quick to fix, and we'll happily resend your product or help you access it.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once processed on our side, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to any rights you may have under consumer protection law in your country. It does not replace or limit those rights.
